Here are the steps:1) thoroughly clean them and remove ALL wax, dirt or grime 2) using a rough grit sandpaper, completely sand them down to scratch up the existing paint or metal 3) wipe them down with a rag & paint thinner to completely remove all dust & sanding particles 4) apply Herculiner as directed. Also, make sure you only apply the Herculiner to the weights themselves, as Herculiner will not stick to the stainless steel bars.

well anyone who can bench press 315 knows atleast a little about eating for muscle and training, unless your some muscular freak of nature. my advice would be that at your strength level, making progress and strength gains is going to come slower than say a beginner. if you feel like you have plateued then there are a few things you can do if you arent already. start taking 5g of both L-glutamine and creatine daily. increase you're daily calories by a few hundred. increase the frequency of your chest and tricep routine. make sure you're mixing it up every month or so to keep the muscles guessing. use dips, dumbbell flies, etc.. last but not least. your other muscles. its important to work legs. an increase in your leg strength is going to improve the entire body. and work the supporting muscles and opposite ones such as anterior deltoid, and even your back.
