Haw much can Kane bench press?
A guy on youtube said some friends met with Kane and asked him trivial questions about himself. It was concluded from the interview that Kane can accordingly bench press 535 pounds right. There is also a very strong chance that he did 650 pounds before he got bicep surgery. It was said by david Meltzer, that Kane was the strongest guy in the gym from 1999-2002. And during that time, Ron Simmons, apparently could bench press, according to Arn Anderson, 600 pounds. Therefore, Kane could have bench pressed more than 600 pounds. Aside from this, the lifts and the heavy people Kane has slammed with apparent ease in the past and recently also supports his massive bench press.
This would depend on your aim. If your are looking to loose weight I would suggest supplementing your cardio workouts with weight training, performing the weight training before the cardio as this will use up glycogen so you burn more fat during the cardio. Also it will increase your muscle mass, which will increase your metabolism, the rate that you burn energy. Also try going for a walk/run first thing in the morning, before breakfast as your glycogen stores should be empty so you will burn more fat than if you do cardio any other time of the day.

Are there power lifting competitions for 16 year olds?
No there isn't and there shouldn't be. At this age the human body is not well developed enough to with stand the intensive training needed to compete in such events. Serious injury and growth complications are a real issue. But there should be competions for the age of 14-15 because if they have trainers and are doing it properly it will be OK. Hopefully there will soon be some.
Your age and general health are your first consideration before starting a rigorous exercise program like the one you describe. For a 50 year old overweight male facing the results of the typical American diet, a thorough physical w/blood panel and possibly a treadmill test is a good idea. Does lifting weight cause growth problems?
No. It helps it.
Weight lifting can cause growth problems. When lifting weight, it causes the muscles to expand and get bigger. When muscles gets too large here's where the problem starts because the needs to grow while to muscles expand so that's why weight lifters try to maintain that. There's something also called Vital capacity which is very important for weight lifters to consider and know what to do.
It can if you lift to much and overdo it.
There is in fact no evidence that weightlifting can stunt growth. This is a common misconception that stems from the belief that weightlifting increases hormone levels, which it does, but only by a negligible amount. This belief caused people to think that the raised hormone levels would cause the premature closure of the growth plates. This is not a worry as the very small difference in hormone levels caused by weightlifting will in no way affect your growth.

What are the bench press standards for a teen?
This question is not specific since teenagers experience rapid growth from one year to the next, but I'll try to break it down (keep in mind a boy's own body weight is also a factor). For most males, thirteen is a critical age of bone growth and so muscle doesn't usually come as fast. A nice bench max (one repitition lift) would be around 80, though average may be as low as 65. Fourteen to fifteen, the numbers will jump. 105-120 represents a solid max. From then on, the disaparity between those who work out and those who don't increases. In later high school years, a typical non-lifter may max at 160lbs, while a lifter might take 200lbs before he falls. Using a number scale, start off at 100 at fourteen and add 12-15 lbs per year until nineteen. That range is about average for most males in their teenage years. Typically, if a male can bench max 100% of their weight, they are in good shape...Addendum: I am 20 and I bench 260 (I weigh 145).
Where does whey protein comes from?
One view:
Whey protein is the name for a collection of globular proteins that can be isolated from whey, a by-product of cheese manufactured from cow's milk. It is typically a mixture of beta-lactoglobulin (~65%), alpha-lactalbumin (~25%), and serum albumin (~8%), which are soluble in their native forms, independent of pH. Whey has the highest Biological Value (BV) of any known protein.

A complementary view:
All whey proteins are not the same. Denatured whey protein, that you buy in the health food store, will build muscle. Undenatured whey protein has a high amount of Branched Chain Amino Acids, (BCAA's)and a very high Biological Value (BV). In addition to building your muscle, it will also raise your glutathione levels.
