yes, it'll get ya high but you have to take ALOOOT of it and your messing with your liver doing that. But if your looking at Bups to get high maybe it's time for a detox and treatment. Just saying

No, it is not recommended. Wellbutrin (bupropion) and Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) are dangerous if taken together because this combination has been known to cause seizures (which can be fatal if not controlled).

As a daily dose, yes. The normal dose would be between 150mg and 300mg. 300mg is significantly more effective than 150mg. The maximum recommended dose is 450mg, because seizure risk increases significantly at 600mg.

A standard release pill is usually 75mg, but you would take 2 to 4 a day. The extended release pills are bigger, but that's because you can only take 1 or 2 a day because they take longer to absorb.

I've tried a benzo with a Strattera once and it was ok... not sure about long term use though, I only did it once.

Wellbutrin, like many anti-depressants of its type, has a cumulative effect, which is why your doctor probably told you it would take up to 6-8 weeks before you would begin to feel the effects. The body essentially builds up a store of it.

If you abruptly quit taking it, your body will gradually secrete it until there is no more left in your system. So, no, sudden cessation should cause no harm at all.

Personal note: I have taken this (prescribed) drug. When I told my doctor I no longer wished to, he said something to the effect of "okay," and I just stopped taking it. No ill effects.

I have been taking lexapro for about 4 years.I decided on my own to stop taking it all together. I instantly had more energy.I am on my second week and am still having "brain shocks" mainly when I make sudden adjustments with my eyes. Loud noizes or yelling triggers it also.Other than that no other side effects.

If you don't want to sleep that night, then just pop 1, 2, or so and you won't. Joking, you really should take it in the morning because it causes many people to feel energetic, and you want that for the daytime, not nighttime unless you are a night owl.

Hives are caused by an allergic reaction and as much as Zyban companies will have one believe, there are some terrible side effects taking this med. I had a friend who took it and his face was so swollen it cracked (as did his lips). The doctors at ER said it wasn't Zyban, but in truth it was. Go and see your doctor and if you don't have one then go to a clinic ASAP. You will be given a antihistamine. Don't self medicate yourself, but see your doctor! I have taken both together. I had no issues. Just in case space out both as much as possible; plenty of water. If you must take a pain med, maybe get a slow release wellbutrin from your pharmacy. Just in case talk to your doctor, or pharmacist. Hope it helped.

The most common side effects of wellbutrin are changes in appetite, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, increased sweating, nausea, nervousness, restlessness, taste changes, trouble sleeping, vomiting, and weight changes.

First, you can't just stop taking Zoloft--if you've taken it for more than a month or so, you'll have to slowly decrease your dose until it is 10mg or so and then stop (this should take several weeks.) Then you're ready to start Lexapro (no cool off period in between is necessary.) Note: I am not a physician but I know that if your doctor recommended changing from Zoloft to Lexapro s/he would have already gone over this--be careful--Zoloft has a profound effect on your brain chemistry, make sure your doctor is in agreement on this. Note: I've taken Zoloft (Sertraline) and Wellbutrin in different strengths for over 6 years, these are serious drugs.

I suffer from a condition called Fibromyalgia which causes widespread pain throughout the body. As a result of that I am on a regimine of painkillers such as vicodin and oxicontin. In addition I do suffer from depression from my condition and am also taking wellbutrin, xanax, and paxal. I have notice a genuine turnaround in my mood and am a much happier person since starting these meds and have noticed no adverse effects with my pain meds. There is no equivalency between Wellb. and Prozac, they work different neurotransmitter systems.

As far as I know you can take recommended doses of Aspirin while taking Wellbutrin.Wellbutrin is usually prescibed for depression,and sometimes for helping people to stop smoking(Called Zomig for smoking cessation). Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory,pain reliever.There should not be any drug interactions with the 2 of them,but to err on the side of caution you can call a pharmacist to be 100% sure.

Prozac works on serotonin and Theanine works on gaba which in turn seem toraise dopamine levels so both of them are working on entirely different neurotransmitters so there should be no drug reactions, but an advice with a professional health specialist will be the best thing.
