How do you get really thin but healthy fast?
If you want to have a flat stomach, then just do at least 45 sit-ups a day. For thin legs, jogging for at least 40 minutes. The most obvious, for thin arms, just do 35 pus-ups with a break in between. If you don't have the time to jog, like me, then walk places instead of taking the subway. Or, if you go by the bus, instead of taking the busstop near your house, go to the next one. Don't eat ANY fatty foods like rice. That'll just bring back the fat you lost. Jogging on the spot is also a good way of getting skinny legs. If you can, get involved in after-school activities, as well as participating in gym which'll improve your marks and you'llbe skinny. I know my advice was very long but it works. Trust me!
I just want to clarify something mentioned in the above answer. Yes, I agree with the situps and walks and pushups...HOWEVER rice is one of the best foods to eat when trying to lose weight or stay in shape. It is low fat and burns off very quickly. Brown rice is recommended for quick weight loss plans and detoxifying. Brown rice and vegetable will shed the pounds. I stuck with it and lost six pounds in less than two weeks. Brown rice is high in fiber. It is good to avoid foods high in saturated fats and sugars. Foods rich in fatty acids such as fish and almonds are good fats we should try and consume. It is sugar and carbs that pack weight on belly fat. However, brown rice is high in nutritional value. Rice cakes are also recommended for weight loss.
both the answers above are really good but it depends on each individual. our bodies are all different and our preferences are also. if you are like me and love food then you need to work out more but you also need to take in more fruits and veggies unless you want to go for the low carb approach. doing a low carb diet can help you lose those first pounds really fast or to help to get over the hump and lose the last few. with low carb you cant eat any rice or pasta and you are limited on the fruits that you can have but the plus side is that you can eat cheese and alot of eggs, plus you shouldn't be on a low carb diet for to long so it is only temporary. exercise is essential for healthy and weight loss. cardio helps to burn fat and weight lifting or plates can help with muscle tone. remember that the more muscle your body has the more calories it burns off when it is at rest. basically if you gain a pound of muscle you could be burning around 6 extra calories a day, doesn't sound like much but it adds up

Starbucks is a great employer, ive worked there for a while now and i love it. They have great benefits, and it looks really good on a resume. you also get to learn about how much Starbucks gives back. not just to the community , but to everywhere. plus interacting with the customers during the day , and makeing drinks seems to always keep you in a good mood. the discounts are great to , 30% off, free drinks on your shift and 40% off at Christmas.
I love working at Starbucks because of the customers. It is so fun to see someone's face absolutly light up when you remember their name and their drink. Its also fun to do coffee tasting and sample all the drinks when you first start.
Starbucks is the WORST company on earth to work for. Employees work their asses off for minimum wage, most are part-time without any benefits whatsoever, and the stress level is unbelievable. There is no payoff for working at Starbucks at all. Starbucks blows!!! Support your local coffee bar, get rid of Starbucks once and for all!!
btw: I know of what I speak because I work for Starbucks and I'm quitting thank GOD!!!
