"More Famous" is too idiomatic to provide an adequate answer without poll data from various areas & age groups, perhaps even from different socio economic groups.
Without any data of this sort there is no way to really determine which person is more widely known to the general populace therefore any answer would really be speculation, opinion and/or conjecture from the individual who answered.
Probably Shrek, because nobody really cares about DK, but if it was Shrek v. Mario, it would be Mario definately.

Babe was more famous but Ty Cobb was way better than Babe.
However Ty Cobb may have been better offensively and defensive by a thin and wide margin respectively Ty Cobb never threw a ML pitch and babe was an "ace in the hole"
There is not enough statistical data to answer this question properly and without the adequate amount of information (via poll or survey data), any answer would simply be opinion based and not a substantial answer.
Shrek as: man, woman and child would have heard or seen some of the shrek movies, if not all...
On a personal note: I have seen and familiar with all the Shrek movies, not so sure about Roger Federer, even though I have heard his name..

Bob Marley was and continues to be an icon who personifies peace, love, and harmony around the entire world. Currently, Usain Bolt can run the 100 meter dash faster than anyone else on the planet. While an impressive feat, Usain Bolt's fame does not even hold a candle to the torch which is Bob Marley. Just as a point of reference, nearly 30 years after his death, the name "Bob Marley" is still googled approx 16,600,000 times per month. "Usain Bolt" takes in around 2,400,000 monthly searches. I dare to say that number will be drastically reduced 30 years postmortem.

Probably President Obama, although sports fans would certainly say Tiger Woods. The issue is that Tiger is a celebrity golfer, and not every country cares that much about golf; but an American president (no matter which one) is generally better known all over the world because the United States is such an influential power in world affairs.
Bob Marley is more popular. Even after his death - 26 years ago, he has an ever growing fan base that is spread throughout the world. Every year in several countries there are tributes to Bob Marley around his birthday.
