How do DR WATSON and the registry editor differ in windows XP from how they were in windows 2000?
In Windows 2000, Dr. Watson served primarily as a debugging tool that captured application errors and generated crash dump files, but it had a more basic interface and limited functionality compared to later versions. Windows XP enhanced Dr. Watson with a more user-friendly interface and additional features, such as the ability to generate more detailed reports. The Registry Editor in Windows XP also saw improvements, including a more intuitive layout and enhanced search capabilities compared to Windows 2000, making it easier for users to navigate and edit the Windows Registry. Overall, both tools became more robust and user-friendly in Windows XP.

In Windows NT 4.0, a subsystem is a component that provides a specific interface for applications to interact with the operating system's kernel. Wow, I think you are magic if you somehow deleted the "Administrator" profile... It should be unremovable. It holds the key system info, every other profile is a sub-profile of adminstrator. I think you just renamed it and confused your adminstrative properties...
I don't think it is possible to delete all administrators since there always must be at least one "superuser". There is always the default account named "Administrator" you should have created a password for it when you installed windows.

What are the differences between Windows 95 and Windows 2000?
Well, the huge difference between Windows 95 and Windows 2000 is that since Windows 95 is five years older than Windows 2000 Windows 95 is on the lower end of the scale of revolutionary technology.
Another big thing is the startup sound's origins of the two OSes.
Windows 95s startup sound was made (ironically) by someone on a MAC, while Windows 2000s was made on a cheap piano....
Windows 95 was missing a lot of tools used on Windows 2000, and one huge one was USB support.
See, Windows 95 needs an add-on for it to support USB, while Windows 2000 came with support standard. But then again, did USB even exist in 1995?
Another big fact is that the two OSes are targeted at different parts of life: 95 is targeted for educational and home use while Windows 2000 is a "Professional" (buisiness-targeted) OS. But Microsoft also created a (unstable) home version of 2000 dubbed Millennium Edition. (Millennium Edition is commonly known as ME)
What do you do when your Wii makes a funny buzzing noise and doesn't read the game disks?
If your wii is buzzing like crazy that means it just needs a break. Take at least thirty minutes of break time. Turn off your wii during the break. To turn it off hold the power button until the little dot turns red. If that doesn't work unplug your wii. DO NOT UNPLUG THE WII FIRST this could damage or possibly break your wii. Try holding the power button first. Hope this helps you!

What layer of Windows 200 and XP is most responsible for interacting with hardware?
HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer). Limiting access to hardware mainly to the HAL increases OS integrity because more control is possible. With this isolation, an application cannot cause a system to hang by making illegal demands on hardware. (Source: CompTIA A+ Guide to Software Managing, Maintaining, and Troubleshooting.
