I just figured it out. Go to Windows Media Player. Add a new playlist. Go to the MP3 Rocket FOLDER that has all the music. Drag the songs you want in it. Click 'Save Playlist'. Plug into your computer the MP3 player or whatever you want the music on. For this one, its an MP3 Player. Go to the 'Sync' tab, and click and drag the playlist with the songs you want onto the sync tab. Sync! That should work. Hope I helped! :)

The reason that all your audio files have a traffic cone next to them could be because you have VLC Media player installed and are using it as the default program to open audio files. You can change that preference by right clicking one of the files and press "open with" and choose a program you would like to be the default one. There should also be a text box near the bottom asking if you would like to make the selected option the default program to open that file type with. Check it, and then press ok. That should change the icon related to your audio files (the VLC's icon is the traffic cone). It will also change what program opens the file.

Many people are confuse about why it is unable to play iTunes video movies songs on other media player. Because iTunes media are under iTunes DRM protection and it can be play in iTunes only.
If you want to play them without iTunes media player, you need to remove DRM protection and convert them to plain WMV AVI or MP3 file formats.
