It depends on what PC version you are using if you are using windows then there is a very simple way 1. Go to the start button and click restart 2. right before the windows logo comes press f8 3 times (**note that you might have to press f8 more than once) 3. Once you have done that then you will see a screen that says safe mode or safe mode with networking go to safe mode (**Note that the screen does not just have to say Safe Mode and Safe Mode with networking it will say more things.) 4.Click on safe mode then it will run a bunch of stuff and you might here your computer making noise. Once you get in to the log in screen go to the admin account you can log on to it without a password. 5. Once you are on the admin account go to start control panel user accounts click on your account and click change account type.6. Now you can log off and go on your account and download stuff without being prompted with those annoying admin restrictions.

But i would suggest if the admin is your dad or someone who doesn't want you to be admin then switch it back to standard user or if you are a guest guest user.

Well u can either click on your start button in the lower left hand corner of your computer and goto my picture's and the right click on any pic's u got on there and then click on set as wallpaper the there u go. Or you can join PhotoBucket Just goto Photobucket.com and join and the upload ur photo's onto it then do the same thing jusr right click onto the pic and set as wallpaper. That easy enjoy=)
