I think the best way would be to buy calling card at website like epincall.com and you can check how to call any country and from any country section, if you want to save money use online calling cards.

it makes society better because if some one is in danger you can call or text message them to help yo for example if someones cars engine died out you would have to call someone to help

I have found that for rural cell phone service it does not matter what kind of phone you have, but what phone company has the best service areas. As I know it to date, Verizon Wireless has the absolute best coverage in the nation. I can use my phone in rural North Central Kansas farmland, still be in my "home" area, and still have great service. I suggest checking out Verizon's "America's Choice" plans. Good luck!

I doubt it. I had Verizon wireless from 2006-2008 and it would charge separate fees for texting and instant messaging. I doubt they have changed it.
