Why should professional wrestling be known as an art form?

It is always asked, by those who miss the point, is professional wrestling fake?

Well, it is fake in that they are not truly trying to hurt the other. But in another sense, it is real - a real art.

They are superbly trained and developed athletes, performing shows that are as choreographed as a ballet, and as subject to randomness as good jazz. There is the basic "act" that will be performed, but then there are improvisations that each may do - with the other having to effortlessly accomodate that.

It is performance art, it is dance and ballet, it is a display of the strength and speed of men at their best, it is a story, and it is a play. History will record it as probably one of the most demanding art forms ever undertook, as such a diverse range of skills are needed to perform it.

In that sense, never again doubt if it is real. It is real - a real art.

How wrestling is played?

2 wrestlers start in the middle of a mat. The referee blows the whistle and you try to pin your opponent. In most wrestling speed is your main component when you're trying to get a take down on your opponent. In college wrestling mostly everyone is fast so they try to get hand control or hand wrestle. then, you do a break down to get your opponent ready to pin, so you have to get them flat on their stomach. Finally, you pin them. If in the three rounds nobody gets pinned who ever has the most points at the end of round 3 wins.

You read that HBK has been Christian since 2002 what religion if any did he follow before then?

I believe he's a "born again" Christian. He just didn't believe in god being almighty, for a time, then a switch was hit, in his mind, that said "god is almighty, and will take anyone in as a child of god." That would explain why he dosent snog the crowd anymore or make racist remarks. July 17, 2008 Shawn always believed in God, just didn't always follow God, he is a born again Christian and he has never made racist remarks. Read his book it is great and explains that Becca was going to Bible studies and he would always ask questions and finally went to the men's Bible class and now teaches a class every Wed. morning.

What are the most common wrestling injuries?

Wrestling Pro AnswerI know this from experience. The most common injuries are sprains and strains. Things like the arm chop can cause sprained elbows and throws and pulls cause strained and pulled muscles. Though most happen when you wrestle with a neophyte or you are simply playing around and not paying attention. In rare ocations dislocations and fractures occur.

Though in case you want to know the most common infections in wrestling are herpes simplex and ringworm.

These happen because either you or your contender dont have proper hygene and infect each other while in contact. Be clean and safe, be sure you know what you are doing.

How is amateur wrestling and professional wrestling alike?

This is my answer to help youAmateur wrestling and professional wrestling is not alike at all.

One reason why is in professional wrestling they don't really hit and if you're wondering how they don't get hit they make it look real so people get interested. Also the tables are cardboard and the ladders are plastic but the only thing that is real is the barricade. And in amateur wrestling they mostly roll around trying to pin their opponent that's why they only punch momentarily. Oh i almost forgot the barricade is the only thing that is real because the fans aren't allowed to interfere in the match. Plus the floor is padded
