For instance, take the zyrtec (or aleve) first, wait 1-2+ hours, then take the aleve (or zyrtec). Spacing it out a bit leaves no reaction, at least in my experience. Well just took a zyrtec 40 mins ago, forgot and took a benadryl tablet 20 mins ago and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be vomiting them back up in a few mins. Not pleasant but not life threatening.
