Not directly. You would need to format the hard drive and install Vista from scratch. Note that the very best computers that shipped with Windows 98 SE, Windows 2000, or Windows ME are scraping the very bottom of Vista's minimum system requirements. It is not possible for a Windows 95 program KeyCAD Pro to be run using Windows 7. The best solution would be to try and find the same program in an upgraded version that will run on Windows 7.

It's not known how many copies of Windows 95 were sold in the first 2 weeks, but in the first 6 weeks there were 7 million sold. More than a million were sold in just the first 4 days.

Windows 2000 was codenamed Utopia. It just isn't known publicly for some odd reason.
