East Timor

Asia is a continent composed of less economically developed countries (LEDCs) and newly industrialized countries (NICs).

Countries in Asia considered as LEDCs are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Bhutan, East Timor, Lao People's Republic, Maldives, Burna (Myanmar), Nepal and Yemen.

Asian countries consistently considered as NICs by many authors are China, India, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand. Some authors would include Indonesia to this list.

Laos

The four countries in Asia that are landlocked are Bhutan, Nepal, Mongolia, and Afghanistan.

There are three monarchies (constitutional monarchies) in Southeast Asia : Cambodia, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Cambodia (Kampuchea) and Malaysia have monarchs elected from the royal families, while Thailand has a single heriditary ruling family.

The Bay of Bengal lies southeast of India.

Kazakhstan spans both Europe and Asia:

The Ural River forms part of the border between Europe and Asia, between the Ural Mountains and the Caspian Sea. A small portion of Kazakh land is on the west bank of the Ural River, making part of Kazakhstan officially in Europe. However, about 90% of Kazakhstan is in Asia.

Asians are the least smelliest race. There are however some exceptions. Scientists have proven that Asians have the least armpit pores compared to all other races. Asians are also the LEAST hairy which does not attract bacteria that easily compared to other races such as whites, blacks, etc. Asians also have dry ear wax which is odorless compared to whites and blacks who have soggy wet ear waxes. Asians are most likely to smell bad AFTER whites, blacks, and latinos smell bad. Even with all these traits asians still do tend to smell bad because 1) They are not into American culture as in "Swag" so they dont tend to put on men's perfume. 2) There are not many asian specific deoderants.

East Timor foods include Batar daan (made from corn, pumpkin, and mung beans), Budu (a sauce made from lime, mint, tomato, and Spanish onion), Ikan sabuko (mackerel with tamarind marinade), Caril (chicken curry with coconut paste), and Feijoada (a beef and pork stew with black beans).

Polo is a popular sport in Bhutan today.
