The most efficient way to stop a room that you have smoking from smelling like smoke is to get a liter pop bottle. After removing the top of the bottle and emptying its contents, you then poke holes at the bottom of the bottle. Then, fill the bottle with dryer sheets. After you take a hit, you then blow the smoke through the top of the bottle, and the dyer sheets vent the smell out of the wholes poked at the bottom. Ketchup stains because it is a vegatable/fruit and the cirtus or juice interacts with the fiber in ther shirt. SO when you wipe of the ketchup it still leaves a stain because the fibers already soked up the juice.

Most information online about cleaning microsuede says to use rubbing alcohol and a clean lintfree cloth. I have never gotten ink on my microsuede couch (thankfully) but I do use rubbing alcohol to get ink out of clothing and it works well.

In an empty dishwasher, fill a dishwasher safe cup with vinegar and start the cycle. During the rinse, fill that cup with bleach and let the cycle finish. Not only will you clean your dishwasher, you will remove the odor.

I have a 2-part suggestion, which has worked for me:

Step 1) Take a piece of brown paper (of the kind from which a paper bag is made), place it over the stain, and iron over this paper with a hot iron. This hopefully will cause the oil stain to be absorbed by the brown paper.

Step 2) After the ironing, pour a thick layer of talcum powder onto the spot. Leave overnight and then launder as usual.

I'm working on this right now. So far all I can do is scrap the wax off and use goo gone. Then I run it again and repeat as it keeps throwing the wax that is in the inner parts back out on the walls. I don't know if we'll get it fixed or not. What a mess. Buskerdoo.com

The best way to get grease off of a kitchen wall is to use dish soap or dishwashing soap. Both of these soaps are made to get rid of grease.

If the dye has dried, you need to get it wet so it can be diluted and rinsed out of the upholstery. Spray or pour isopropyl alcohol onto the stain and blot it with clean white paper towels. Do not rub or wipe the stain as this will spread it. Keep blotting until the stain is no longer visible.

You may blot it with water to dilute the alcohol or just let it air dry.

Not for sure, but my sister ended up putting one of those thermal coffee mugs in our microwave, which smelt terrible by the way. So my mom put lemon slices in water and put them in the mirowave for a couple minutes. After a few times it went away so it's worth a try, right?

There are a few options. Air it out, spray Febreze in it (probably not good for the finish), use some orange scented wood cleaner, burn a candle in the cabinet (hopefully the finish fumes aren't flammable) or some other smelly good that will diffuse through the cabinet. For best results, leave the cabinet closed while doing this.

It doesn't seem like a good idea to burn a candle in a cabinet!
