talk to them without being 'just one of the guys', and be yourself... Many guys are (admittedly) a little hard to read. If you like him, maybe he already knows and likes you too! (if you want to know, just sit close to him, like "up-against-him" close. If he has feelings for you, he won't move away, because when you like someone, your personal space doesn't apply to them) I a little. Good luck.

Well, first of all, you might want to talk to him or her about it. Tell him or her that you find them annoying, and tell them what it is that annoys you. Also, try putting yourself in your friend's shoes. Try to see if you are actually doing it deliberately or maybe if he or she might have issues. If he or she is only annoying for a silly reason, such as an annoying laugh, it isn't them who is being annoying, it is YOU for being so shallow and cliquish.

It could mean 2 things:

a. He is trying to make you jealous of the other girls, in other words he likes you a lot, but is afraid to show it.

A fair weather friend is well a friend that you may think is a good friend but then as soon as your life is going as bad and you need a good friend for help and support he ditches and leaves you. If not forever at least until the "weather" is going good again.

Example:

I thought John would always stick beside me but when I was in trouble and needed help it turned out that he only a fair weather friend.

As long as you don't have sex, yeah it's fine.
