Can you return to south Korea after being deported?

It depends on why you were deported and why you need to come back I guess, because this actor was deported for skipping out on his military service (which is mandatory unless you have an injury/illness that could prevent you from it) and was only allowed to return for his father's funeral, but they only gave him less than a week to stay. If you're deported over something like that which they view as serious, I don't think you can live there again.

Q: How many North Korean refugees are there in China? A: Because of the Chinese government's tight control, it is impossible to conduct surveys to determine the numbers with any accuracy, but based on past figures provided by NGOs working in the field, it is estimated that there are approximately 100,000 North Koreans in China as of 2007. Some of these refugees are in shelters; others are living and working in hiding in autonomous ethnic-Korean areas. Female refugees frequently become the "brides" of local men-but in reality these marriages are little more than human-trafficking arrangements. Q: Why does China forcibly repatriate North Korean refugees? A: China continues to violate the International Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees by refusing to recognize North Korean defectors as refugees. China and North Korea have a secret agreement with regard to the forcible repatriation of North Korean refugees. China is probably considering its own position in northeast Asia and the consequences if North Korea were to collapse. China fears that a mass influx of North Korean refugees could precipitate a collapse of the North Korean system. Both of those events would have an adverse effect on Chinese economic growth. It is likely also that China fears what the effect would be on the two million ethnic Koreans living in the border region, as well as on other, smaller, ethnic groups.

Why should the US and the world in general be concerned with nuclear development in North Korea?

North Korea is a Communist state which is on the verge of economic and social collapse. It supports terrorism around the world. Its leader, Kim Jong Il, seems mentally unstable and not in touch with reality. If North Korea has, or gets working nuclear weapons, the possibility that it might use them is too great to be permitted. Other nuclear armed nations have demonstrated a responsible attitude and reserve those weapons as an ultimate deterrent, never to be used except in the last extremity. In general, no one trusts North Korea to behave that way.

What does clips mean in war?

Clip(s) is a term used to describe a metal retainer that binds several rounds of ammunition together so that it may be rapidly loaded into a firearm. Not to be confused with the term magazine, which is a container that holds ammunition on a ship or a enclosed box which contains ammunition under tension of spring metal, such as inserted into the handle of a pistol.

Clips are used in the M1 Garand rifle, the primary battle weapon of the United States Armed Forces of the WW2 era. The M1 Garand held 8-7.62mm(.30-06) rounds in clips, this was the last rifle in the US arsenal to use clips, modern firearms typically use magazines which better protects the ammunition.

What did the Korean Armistice Agreement promise?

The Korean Armistice Agreement, signed on July 27, 1953, promised a cessation of hostilities between North and South Korea, effectively ending the Korean War without a formal peace treaty. It established the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) as a buffer zone between the two Koreas and called for a military armistice to maintain the ceasefire. Additionally, the agreement included provisions for the exchange of prisoners of war and established a framework for future negotiations to achieve a lasting peace. However, it did not resolve the underlying political tensions or territorial disputes.
