The Rivera Plate could also be considered as part of these, but it only touches a small portion of the sea floor in front of the Mexican Pacific, not touching the actual mainland. It is located precisely, on the subduction zone between the North America, Pacific and Cocos Plates.

The border control is much more leniant when going from US to Mexico, because the Mexicans don't care as much. But when walking from Mexico to US, get ready to dogde bullets and run very fast from dogs and cars.
