You have some more ways to say thank you in Dutch: 'dank je, dankjewel, bedankt,' and to say it in a more formal way, replace the 'je' with a 'u'.
(Keep in mind, if you use this in a verbal way, 'u' doesn't sound like 'you'. You can simply look it up, at Google Translate for instance, how to say 'u' in a Dutch way).

What does the flag of holland look like?
They are the same country!!!!!!!!!
Other view:
They kind of are, but not fully. Holland is mostly meant for two provinces in the Netherlands (North-Holland and South-Holland) some people who don't live in one of these provinces don't like people to call the Netherlands Holland. Personally, I'm living in South-Holland and I sometimes use The Netherlands and other times Holland. Most people know what I mean and Holland is just easier to say.
Oh, and with most football things it says 'Holland' not the Netherlands.
Edit:I have to disagree with Saskia a little, I am from the eastern part of the Netherlands, or Holland whatever suits you best ;) I also use mainly Holland when I talk to foreign people (especially Germans), because this is what they use most often.
I think most foreigners use Holland instead of The Netherlands, there is an explanation for this, I'll try to keep it short:
Before 1814 (When The Kingdom of the Netherlands was grounded) most dutch people who went abroad were sailors from Holland, the western part of nowadays Netherlands, which are now called North and South-Holland. Therefor those people called themselves Hollanders from Holland, since foreigners mainly met sailors from Holland, they believed everybody from this area is living in Holland.
I think you can compare it a little with former Sovjet countries nowadays, a lot of people living in Kazachstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia are still seen as Russians by foreigners. When your neighbour would be from 1 of those countries, a lot of people in your neighbourhood would know him as the guy from Russia.

What is the value of 1960 Nederland coin?
Not much I'm afraid. 1967 the coins were already being made in cu-ni (copper-nickel) and in the late 1960s 100 Gulden were worth about $10. Copper-nickel coins last a long time and for this reason, you could find coins from most European countries minted in the 1960s still being used right up to the time of the changeover to the Euro. (The exception being France who made completely new currency to reflect their removing two zeroes from the old coins and notes etc. So 200 old French francs became 2 new francs).

Philip raised taxes in the Netherlands and tried to crush protestantism how did effect them?
The cities in The Netherlands claimed that these taxes were a breach of the ancient rights and charters given to them. In particular the introduction of what we would now call a VAT of 10% on all sales and commercial transactions roused much resentment. When Philip II made the mistake of sending in the Duke of Alba to enforce the taxes and put an end to Calvinist heresy while he was around - which he did with all the subtlety and diplomacy of a bull in a china shop - the Netherlands rose in revolt. Within about 30 years, The Netherlands were de facto independent from Spain.
