I wore that thing OUT and have just made my own version. DON'T laugh ... cut the toe end off an old sock and slip it over your arm. Now tuck a travel-size pack of tissues (maxi pad works well also) inside the sleeve and cover your outer elbow with it. It REALLY protects you, and with a long-sleeve shirt no one will know what it's made it of!
