What is modern aversive racism?
Aversive racism is a form of contemporary racism that manifests at the individual level. Compared to the traditional form of racism, aversive racism operates, often unconsciously, in subtle and indirect ways. People whose behavior is characterized by aversive racism (aversive racists) sympathize with victims of past injustice, support the principle of racial equality, and regard themselves as nonprejudiced, but at the same time they possess negative feelings and beliefs about blacks or other groups. It is hypothesized that aversive racism characterizes the racial attitudes of many well-educated and liberal whites in the United States, as well the attitudes of members of dominant groups toward minority groups in other countries with strong contemporary egalitarian values but discriminatory histories or policies

It was the culmination, largely influenced by the Belqen colonization which favored the Tutsi minority group because of their more "European" appearance, of longstanding ethnic competition and tensions between the minority Tutsi, who had controlled power for centuries, and the majority Hutu peoples, who had come to power in the rebellion of 1959-1962 and overthrown the Tutsi monarchy.
Most Arabs do not hate Blacks or Jews nor Jews who are Black. However, there are minorities who do. Specifically, I am unaware of any Arab who hates Black Jews in any special way. There is racism against Blacks in the Arab World, especially Christian Blacks and especially in Sudan. There is also widespread Anti-Semitism and Anti-Zionism in the Arab World. Certainly the two could be merged, but I have not seen it.

What happen to the black panthers are they still around?
The black panthers still exist but aren't as active now that the civil rights movement of the past is over. There is a new black panther party that the original party does not condone and rejects. The new black panther party is a anti-Semitic and racist organization who hijacked the name and symbol of the original group.
One view is that racism occurs because people are not accepting that there are people in the world that don't have the same same skin color as them. Black or Chinese or Indian, etc still have the same body and personnality, but all that is different is the skin colour. Another view is that racism, bad as it is, has happened for historical reasons. One example is when white nations captured and enslaved black people in Africa. The "slaves" were then moved to another country where they were viewed as being at the lowest rung in the social ladder. The "stigma" of slavery was regrettedly maintained by some groups of white people even after the blacks had been given freedom, the right to vote and other civil rights, for example in the United States. This is the true cause of racism in a historical sense.
Which of the following is a result of institutional racism?
Seeing only white Americans at a college graduation
Absolutely it was. There was a lot of racism in 1948, maybe even more than there is now, although it depends on where you live whether it is greater or lesser... or the same, just expressed differently.
In 1948 they still had segregation in many areas, and so black people and white people couldn't use the same bathrooms, or go to the same schools. Black people had to go to the back of the bus when they were on the same bus with white people.
And that is just in the U.S. Racism was alive and well in many, many other countries. Germany specifically... the war was over, but the hatred of Jews and others was not.
See the article about segregation in the related links area for additional information.
Hopefully, the world is getting better, and we are learning to hate other people less. ... but in some areas, and with some people, the hatred continues. It has been around for a long time, and all we can do is try not to hate others ourselves, and not teach other people to hate... making a difference one person at a time.
It can be very hurtful. Racism differentiates people by race, rather than ability or achievements.

An empirical example of internalized racism is Kenneth and Mamie Clark's doll experiment, which was done in America at a time when black and white children were segregated. It involved an African-American child being presented with two dolls that were identical apart from skin and hair color, one doll being white with yellow hair and the other being brown with black hair. The child was asked which doll they would prefer to play with and why. All children in the study expressed a clear preference for the white doll
