It is very difficult to find a list of "lakes" in Spain. What they claim as the largest lake in Spain they describe as a "natural lacustrine system".
According to Dictionary.com lacustrine is "Relating to a system of inland wetlands and deep-water habitats associated with freshwater lakes and reservoirs, characterized by the absence of trees, shrubs, or emergent vegetation." I wouldn't call that a lake. It appears to be a collection of bodies of open water surrounded by wetlands and connected by some kind of stream, or maybe just connected by a wetland.
Anyway, the largest "Lake" (sistema lacustre) is called Lago de Sanabria y Alredadores. It is 22,365 hectares (83.6 square miles).
