Well a Mocha, the way we make it here cost us JUST TO MAKE IT ( this includes cup. whippedcream, lid, syrup, sleeve for cup and espresso and milk)

all together for a 12oz drink it comes to about $2.12

Now keep in mind that this not include the labor for the ppl that make your drink, and the prices vary too because different stores use different products some syrup some powder and some sauces and depending on what you use it may be a little cheaper or a little more. But that is the average cost I figured out

Again this does NOT include labor cost, shipping cost for coffee to be delivered..., or any waste that's usually there when you make a drink...

There are 2 ways Starbucks can be owned. Either corporate or private. Corporate refers to all the lone standing Starbucks' you see. Corporate Starbucks' are owned all by the same people and offer employees discounts and free weekly coffee/tea. Private Starbucks' are the ones you see INSIDE stores aka longos, the airport, etc. These Starbucks' are owned by individual companies and do not report to the "Starbucks head office". They don't offer their employees discounts and free merchandise however, they pay more.

Both Starbucks offer the same drinks and food though.

In many cases Starbucks runs them out of business but if you don't like Starbucks and you like the coffee you get at a smaller coffee shop, then Starbucks is helpful to the smaller coffee shops in a way.

In Canada Starbucks distributes most third party product including baked goods, milk, paper supplies and sundry items via the Unisource central facilities in Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver and other major centers. Most stores are delivers during "dark" hours. their own branded merchandise and coffee come directly from their US plants and suppliers, however there is a plan in place to consolidate those deliveries into the Unisource contract.

Well it all depends on the type of store and the type of hours you work. Big supermarket Co like Pathmart and shoprite pay alittle more than others around 7.00-9.00 an hour an if you work overnight its more like 9.25-10.00. So far Aldi's pays the most with 11.00-12.00 an hour. Hope I helped

barley does contain gluten. oats do not contain gluten inherently, however, most oat crops are grown in close proximity to wheat fields so cross-contamination can occur frequently. Thus, oats are not recommended in a gluten free diet. However, Bob's Red Mill has a gluten free product line which includes gluten free oats which are grown in fields designated solely for oats.
