Yes. Green tea has some vitamin C, whereas black tea has none. The oxidation process used to create black tea destroys the Vitamin C.

The amount of vitamin C in green tea is small but measurable, usually about 2-5% of RDA per cup. It's not enough to act as a primary source of vitamin C in the diet, but it's enough that someone who drinks a lot of very fresh tea may be getting some benefit from it.

Can you buy oolong tea in the Philippines?

Yes, but oolong tea is not as widely available in many parts of the U.S.

Most supermarkets stock one or two brands of oolong teas, but they are typically generic oolongs and are not of the highest quality. Asian stores, especially those catering to a Chinese customer base, typically carry oolong teas as oolong is popular in China and many other parts of southeast Asia. Health food stores sometimes sell oolong tea.

The best place to purchase oolong tea is a tea shop that specializes in loose tea, if you are lucky enough to live near one. There are also a large number of online retailersselling oolong tea like tea-and-coffee.com/oolong-tea/c15. In most parts of the UK, the internet is the best and easiest way to buy quality oolong tea.

Does certain teas contain mold?

The tea plant (Camellia sinensis) is naturally anti-fungal and anti-mold and is generally processed in hygienic ways depending on the company, however some tea-bag fabric isn't sterilized before assembly. To make the healthiest and best tasting black tea, buy loose leaf tea in cans or boxes, and use a metal tea strainer to make your tea. These inexpensive metal gadgets come in many shapes and sizes, the two most common and useful are a ball shape for making a pot or large mug of tea, and a spring clamp, spoon-sized tea holder made of metal or wire mesh, that allows you to make one cup at a time. It's like a tea bag that never wears out, and it allows you to put whatever flavors you prefer into it. Here's to your health, and enjoy a nice, hot mug of tea this winter. Strong, sweet, mild, whatever flavor you like, you're in charge.

There are 5 main types of tea, all of which come from Camellia sinensis, a plant originating from southern China which is now cultivated in many parts of Asia, Africa, Australia and elsewhere.

Black tea is tea which has been fully oxidized, while green tea has not been oxidized at all. Oolong teafalls between these two, as it is partially oxidized. How do you make tea or smoke salvia?

im sorry i cant answer about the tea, all i know is you need to collect a whole lot of stems.

salvia is an interesting thing.

DO NOT DO IT ALONE... its a 10 min trip and you seriously freak out, everyone reacts different though. For me and my other friend we couldn't stop moving, we just fell all over the place. My other friend (lightweight) was just afraid of everything and got completely scared. From what I've experienced; the higher the potency the more of a trip you get. 5x and 10x is more like a crazy body high while higher doses give you more of a hard trip. but no matter what you will have no control of anything.

its highly recommended that you use a bigger kind of piece such as a bong/bubbler/steamroller. you smoke it just like weed but don't take too big of a hit, then you hold it in for 30 seconds to a minute and as soon as you breathe out you trip. if you don't hold it in for atleast 30 seconds you wont trip.

Another reason to do it with someone is that your likely to not remember much of your trip. and i also advise you not to stand and walk around, even though you will be highly tempted to do so, because you will fall over without a doubt.
