Now it all depends if your skin is oily or not. My skin is not oily, but my reconmendation for you is if your skin is really that bad go see a dermotologist. And remember even if you have bad acene you need to put a lightweight loition, vitamin E loition, or loition with SPF in it. It is very important to kid your skin hydroated. Another solution for you would to lay off junk food if you eat a lot of it which can reduce acene dramatically. :) Hope this works fro you! (Oh and stay away from pore clogers such as cover up, bare minerals, or anything like that. It may cause your skin to look flakey and gross!)

If you have ance, go see your doctor tell him to sent you to a good dermatologist. Don't get facials until you are over 20! Do not over use cleaning products. Once a day is enough until you're 16. Eat healthy.. certain foods might not cause break outs but they might add on a few if you already have some. If you have mild acnee, it might be your hormones, unproper care etc.. Well, those pimples can possibly be pus-filled sores that cause strep throat, a bacterial infection of the throat. Usually you get it from someone who you have had oral contact with, or has coughed or sneezed on you. You can put vaseline on acne scars, there's nothing stopping you, but it will do absolutely nothing for your acne scars. It will however make your skin more oily as the vaseline is oil based. Adding more oil to the skin will block pores and cause more infection within the pores, causing spots.

So, Vaseline isn't a good option.

However it depends on what your acne scars are like. If they are still red and almost flat, then they will fade with time and become less noticeable. But I have found a lot of success with patients using microdermabrasion for red acne scars as it speeds up cell renewal. Not only this but it improves the overall quality, tone and texture of your skin in general. Fruit acid peels are gentle and also may work

If your acne scars are indented or deep, then microdermabrasion and acidic peels may not have any effect and if they do it will not be significant.

However you can have laser. I use a pulsed dye laser and due to the fact that acne scars do not run right the way through the depth of the skin, the laser can completely remove the scarring. We can also use a dermaroller on the scars, but this is more expensive and more painful.

The fastest way would be to 'pop' ur pimple to releive the puss that has gathered with the infected. Sounds like you might have got dry skin on your nose, maybe got it slightly sun or wind burned. As to the stuff that comes out of the pores when you squeeze the skin, its oil built up in the pores, from you not washing your face enough...however the flaky stuff is just dried skin, use a ex foliating soap ( soap which contains little rough things in it) to scrub your face and nose, and it will rub off the excess dry skin
