It is my understanding that any extended release drug should not be split or altered in any way as it automatically negates the time release effects and may release more or less of the drug into your system.

I'd say its fine, you'll notice alcohol like adderall changes your psychological perception or temporarily elevates your mood. So mixing the two irresponsibly simply makes you feel very drunk/abnoxious and very energetic. To say the least it's worth trying them together with doctors consent - if you are taking the citalopram for the similar reasons as I. People often have the misunderstanding that "blood test" is a universal term. Untrue. There are many different types of blood tests, each given for a specific reason or reasons. With that said, the medication "Soma" can be seen on a blood test only IF it is looked for. In other words, if you are going in for a standard cbc / blood test...they will not be looking for "Soma" and therefore it will not show up. If however you are taking a blood test to look for "Soma" or its metabolite (meprobamate), then YES the test will indeed be positive for the presence of the drug.

I am. so i guess so. :) been about a week and i take seroquel too. gotta say during the day when all i take is adderall 5mg im good then in the afternoon i take a dose of 150effexor 25topamax n 25seroquel it slows me down so that im ready for bed meds 50topamax and 50seroquel around 1030. i asked for this regimen after trying multiple combinations with these meds and others like risperidal, lamictal, and a mess more i can't recall.

Taking uppers and downers together can give you a heart attack. Taking uppers (cocaine) and two downers (alcohol and hydrocodone) increases the risk.

Check with your parents and your doctor. You could have some underlying health issue that could interact negatively. Better safe then sorry.
