Why in the 1973 Butch Cassidy cartoon is Mr. Socrates allergic to dogs?
In the 1973 "Butch Cassidy" cartoon, Mr. Socrates is portrayed as allergic to dogs to add a comedic element to the storyline and highlight his quirky personality. This characteristic serves to create humorous situations, especially given the presence of Butch Cassidy and the Wild Bunch, who often find themselves in chaotic encounters. The allergy also contrasts with the rugged, adventurous themes of the Wild West, making Mr. Socrates a memorable and amusing character.

If the mouth of the child comes into contact with the spot of application of the product, you should be watchful of the baby for unhealthy fits, and if one occurs, make sure your doctor knows he may have consumed minute amounts of it.
Is it normal for your whole ear to be swollen 5 days after a cartilage piercing?
No............ quit using the Dragon Mist
I see this daily...one of two things. Flea allergy or something it's come into contact with. Your vet will tell you to use flea control, or prescribe medication for the itching and possibly antibiotics. No big deal.
Can a person experience an acute rage behavior brought on by a food allergy?
== == * Absolutely! One bad one is sugar -- believe it or not. Many children are often treated for hyperactivity, when all that is needed is a cut-back on their sugar intake. Too much sugar in some people can cause depression, moodiness, irritability and such, depending on that person's personality rages.
There are many other reasons for rage. Some medications can even cause this. An example is an SSRI for depression (although there is usually a warning with this medication). Many times medications are overlooked as the cause of rage, irritability or depression. Please check with your doctor if you are on any medications. In some cases, an aspirin swallowed by a person who is allergic to it can cause him to go into a rage. But this rage is short-lived and only lasts until the aspirin leaves his system.
Obviously, this topic is of concern to you, so please cut back on pop, caffeine, alcohol, and chocolate, and try cutting down on too many sweets. If on medication, please check with your doctor. == == * Absolutely! My family is sensitive/allergic to monosodium glutamate (MSG), and aspartame. All of us. Since we learned to avoid MSG by knowing the names it hides under (natural flavoring, yeast extract, broth, spices, carmel coloring, texturized vegetable protein, modified starch, isolated protein, whey, citric acid, boullion, vinegar, molasses, glutamate, sodium phosphate) and to refuse aspartame, we never have rage or uncontrolled anger. I am not exaggerating. We get comments on how mellow and tolerant we are as a family. And we eat plenty of sugar and drink loads of caffeine. I found the info through Dr. R. Blaylock and his book on excitotoxins. Also helpful was the list of hidden sources of MSG from www.nomsg.com. It means lots of label-reading but you WILL see a difference. Be careful of the yeast-based vitamins too.

Use the highest measured IU's for Vitamin E Oil only. Put it directly on the sunburn without bathing the skin. Put is on often as soon as it soaks in. Usually the next day the burn will begin to heal rapidly and not a lot of peeling. I read this at MD Anderson in the skin cancer center that if you can heal the sunburn without peeling you reduce the damage and it gave this treatment. Use Tylenol for pain. Aloe Vera only works immediately after the burn. Sunburns occur over a period of time so by the time you realize you are sunburned, it has been several hours so it won't work. I used this on my young children and myself and it works every time.

I have a greyhound, and for breakfast she has mostly our food! You can buy greyhound cereal, but I recommend just normal cereal, because my Greyhound Trust did that, and so do I. She loves it and she has never had any problems with it. The cereal that we give her is either Weetabix or Cornflakes. Please don't add any sugar because that may be bad for them. You can also give them toast! But not too much because they may get the runs. (You know what I mean?!?!) And for dinner we give her Kibble, (Buy from any store) Add some hot water then allow to cool so it's not too hot. We add water because kibble is quite dry without water. For a little flavour, sometimes we put in some chicken or something!! She gobbles this up straight away! By the way, if you are just going to give them kibble and water, then your usual kibble runs out, don't go changing the brands just like that because it upsets their stomach and they get the runs... We don't want that, do we? So, when you are starting to run out, buy some different brand of kibble, so you have as little of the old, and a box of the new. Then put in the last of the old and a bit of the new. Slowly give them the new then that won't affect their health. Hope this helped! ( :

How do you reverse allergy to nsaids?
It would seem that it depends on how severe the allergy is. You have to first separate out which NSAID you have the least negative response to. The major problem you have will be if your response has been serious, you will need to be under the supervision of a doctor. Have her work out a way.
Why do many allergy medicines contain antihistamines?
Histamines cause many of the standard allergic responses: itching, sneezing, runny nose, etc. Antihistamines block histamines from binding on their receptors in the body.
Is there such thing as a fugi apple allergy?
I don't believe so, but there may be an allergy to a chemical in the fuji apple, or maybe it wasn't cleaned right and there could be a reaction to the pesticides used on it.
Allergy is a possibility. Note that things you aren't allergic to today, after exposure, may light up a reaction tomorrow. There are other rashes that appear as you describe, but may not be an allergic sign. Also, there's the possibility of insect bites. If the onset of these is slow and contained -- they aren't growing fast and mocing everywhere, you might talk to your pharmacist about Benadryl (diphenhydramine) -- an antihistimine with few side effects (you'll be sleepy), lots of history, and good effectiveness. You can try coffee with Bennedryl, but it is not reccomended to take all the time. It can damage your liver with extended use. Try Claratin and get in to see a Dr. You may have missed something you are allergic to. You may have developed a new allergy.
It is also very possible you have more allergies than you are aware of. There are food, inhalant, chemical, mold, pollens, medications and cloth allergies these all can be an issue. Additionally there are skin conditions caused by internal problems.
You may seek homeopathic healing also.
In mammals, the adrenal glands (also known as suprarenal glands) are the star-shaped endocrine glands that sit on top of the kidneys; their name indicates that position (ad-, "near" or "at" + renes, "kidneys"; and as concerns supra-, meaning "above"). They are chiefly responsible for regulating the stress response through the synthesis of corticosteroids and catecholamines, including cortisol and adrenaline.
