How did they prepare the fields in Ancient Egypt?

Fields needed water even after the annual flooding of the Nile, so irrigation was vital. Special channels and ditches were dug to ensure that river water could reach all the fields.

Farmers did not need to apply fertilizers to the soil because the annual floods deposited quantities of chemicals and nitrogen which acted as natural fertilizers.

An ancient text used in scribal schools gives us an idea of the work involved: "When the farmer returns to his fields he finds them in good condition. He spends hours ploughing and the worms are already waiting."

Simple tools were used: the hoe for breaking up the soil, the simple wooden plough, a wooden sickle with flint blades set into it, stone axes, shovels, pitchforks, rakes, bags and nets of plant fibres, leather or canvas sacks, wooden tubs and cords for measuring fields.

Whatwho were some of the gods that the egyptians worshipped?

ANSWER:

The ancient Egyptians believed in many different gods and goddesses. Each one with their own role to play in maintaining peace and harmony across the land. There were actually 115 Gods that the Egyptians worshipped. The creator of all things was either Re, Amun, Ptah, Khnum or Aten, depending on which version of the myth was currently in use. The heavens were represented by Hathor, Bat, and Horus. Osiris was an earth god as was Ptah. The annual flooding of the Nile was Hapi. Storms, evil and confusion were Seth. His counterpart was Ma'at, who represented balance, justice and truth. The moon was Thoth and Khonsu. Re, the sun god, took on many forms, and transcended most of the borders that contained the other gods. The actual shape of the sun, the disk (or, aten), was deified into another god, Aten.

The official count is over 2000 gods/goddesses in Egypt.

Building technique commonly used in Egyptian temples?

Exactly as Egyptian historian priests explained to Herodotus of Halicarnassus around 450 BC at Giza.

The Giza Pyramid builders used wooden pulleys which step-walked Pyramid steps.

The pulley components have been found and are in museums world-wide.

Basically a Giza Pyramid is built layer by layer, or step by step, progressively, using all four sides of the Pyramid to the point of completion.

This is how The Great Pyramid was able to be completed in just twenty years as reported.

This has all been verified by ancient documents, ancient artefacts and modelling.

Ramps are not mentioned in any ancient documents relating to Giza Pyramids.
