What animals mostly have gotten out of animal research comes from the research results we got from them. When we learn about an animal we can use that information to help protect them in the wild. It also helps use care for animals in zoos better.

All cats shed a bout the same, but cats that have longer fur may seem like they shed more, but they don't It's just that because the fur is longer, it's more noticable. yes why take an animals life for something that isnt even a basic need. spend ur money wisley, when u can get a warm cotton or other material coat u decide to et the more expensive and hurtful coat? think about that. a life for a coat. now think u made the right choice, the only way i'd agree to buying a fur coat is if they first let the animal live freely then wehn its already dead why not have it for dinner and then wear it? thats a better plan. u cant even tell the difference between real for and fake so if u really want just lie and tell ur friends its real, but dont forget "honesty is the best policy." now remeber that coat wont get u anywhere. I know u r probubly thinking "but i want to be warm, stylish....etc. and this person cant tell me what to do" i know i cant im just saying have u ever had a pet? they can be a persons best friend so really dont break anyones heart. all pets have families which u r destroying. u dont want animals to be extinct, and than not only wont u have ur coat cut u wont have ur dinner. so always think of the best!

All kinds of experiments are preformed on animals especially hair products, makeup and clothing. These animals do not deserve this so be sure to check your items for animal abuse or animal experimenting. Me, myself, prefer not to use anything that puts animals through misery for nothing.

Scientists who are trying to find cures for diseases like cancer and AIDS also experiment on animals. Whether or not this is morally acceptable is still debatable, but it is fair to say that AIDS and cancer research are much more important than making a better mascara.

I'm not sure how many trees in totoal but I can give some fact and rough numbers:

about 4 billion natural trees (trees that aren't grown to be cut down on tree farms) are cut down annually for making paper (this is about 35% of the total number of trees cut down a year)

in 300 year we will have will have logged HALF of the entire world forests

They spend their money trying to pass laws to restrict the use of animals by humans. They do not rescue animals the way an animal shelter does, their money is for political purposes. They want to keep people from having pets, eating meat, being entertained by animals (movies, zoos, etc), hunting, etc. PETA is not a PAC and does not run a PAC, therefore it does not spend any money on political initiatives. PETA runs an extensive program in the Hampton Roads area to help animals and provide a free Spay/Neuture program, However the vast majority of PETA's resources are spent in public educatioin campaigns alerting people to the extreme way animals suffer in many industries.

Spotted bats are a very rare species. They are endangered because of doing what they do, feed on insects. Farmers and such use pesticides to grow their crops. The pesticides are transferred from the insects to the bats, literally poisoning the bats. The development in areas of the bats roosting spot also leads to endangering the spotted bat.
