How do you draw a female Anime wolf?

Draw a circle lightly with the pencil near the center of the paper that is approximately the size you want the wolf's head to be. Draw a larger circle where the shoulders and chest will be. Use the source image do determine this location based on the pose the wolf is in in the picture. Draw a medium-sized circle for the hips and rump. These will be guidelines to establish the basic figure of the wolf.

- Draw in a horizontal facial guideline in approximately the center of the head circle. This will be used to determine locations of the eyes. Refer to the source image to determine the location for the nose/snout guideline. Draw in a vertical line that intersects the eye guideline for the nose.

- Connect the three guideline circles of the head, shoulders, and rump with lines to represent the top and bottom of the neck, back and stomach. Accentuate these lines by making them curvier than the source image suggests. This adds to the femininity of the anime wolf.

- Draw in a rough shape to represent the tail. This should also be curvy and full. Draw in a few lines to suggest the location of the legs and feet.

- Begin drawing in facial details starting with the eyes. Make the eyes larger and rounder than the source image suggests. Draw in two small circles inside the eyes. Fill in the eyes but leave the circles white. Draw in some long, thick eyelashes. The top lid/eyelash should be a darker, wider line than the rest of the eye outline.

- Draw in the shape of the snout. Draw in nose at the end of the snout. Just a little below the nose drop a short line straight down then curve it to one side and up to indicate a gently smiling mouth.

- Draw in two oddly-shaped triangles on top of the head to indicate the ears. Add detail to the head and body by going over the shape guidelines with a somewhat jagged line to suggest fur. Draw in some fur lines on the outside and inside of the ears. Add fur lines on the cheeks.

- Draw in the detail of the legs and feet by referring to the source image for suggested musculature and position. If you don't feel confident with drawing feet, you can add in some long grass and have the legs disappear into the grass.

- Darken the outline and the facial features. Erase any guidelines that are still visible.
