Sudden drastic weight loss WILL cause skin sagging. Exercise along with dieting will reduce this and give tone to the muscles of the body. Muscles will not replace lost fat within the breast tissue, but they will support breast tissue from underneath, that is, in the chest wall. Moisturise your skin as much and as often as possible. This will improve elasticity and reduce creasing and stretch marks. Look after yourself.
What should i do if my friend is not eating?
If your friend isn't eating, he/she may be anorexic. If this is the case, psychiatric help is needed. You can try talking to your friend and letting her/him know that they need to eat or they will die. This probably won't help, people with anorexia have deep psychological issues that they need to deal with, they and their family should receive therapy. If your friend is not eating, you should speak to his or her own parents.

How do you raise your metabolism after suffering from anorexia?
The best thing to do is to consult a registered dietitian; they are specially trained to deal with food and its effects on the body. When you are ready to stop starving yourself and get your life back on track, the key is to eat small, nutritious meals every couple of hours (3-4 hours or about 5-6 meals a day) to keep your metabolism working constantly. It's also vital that these meals you consume are giving your body the nutrients it needs to work, especially since your body has been deprived of it for so long. You need to have protein and other carbohydrates, fiber, fat and fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.
Why don't people understand that a person with anorexia is not choosing to not eat?
Really good question but I think I know why. Is someone is OCD and do something over and over, like wash their hands, or even the whole house, the worst that can happen is they will have awfully wrinkled skin. A person that has anorexia starts to disappear right before your eyes and no matter what you say or do, you can't stop them from harming themself. Even though it is something that you don't choose, it is something that you CAN choose to overcome. You just have to want to make that choice. I have pictures of my sister, 5'7' and weighing 85 pounds. She looked like something out of Etheopia. She had all sorts of resentments that she just refused to talk about and the only thing she could control was her food, so she did. I'm also happy to say that when she found work she loved, a guy who really cared for her, and good friends, all of the sudden her need to control wasn't so imporatant anymore. She is a whole lot healthier, still thin, but not starved, and happy. Good luck with whatever it is that you need to work out.
Ban websites that glorify eating disorders?
Some people believe they should be, but others believe that they provide much-needed support for those who are on the sites. The argument goes either way. As of now, freedom of speech and press allow them to still operate.
