What is the stick like figure in Anubis's Hand?
Without seeing the depiction it is not possible to guess what might be in the hand of Anubis.
Anubis was an Egyptian god. He is considered by most today to be primarily mythological only. He actually held two positions in Egypt, depending on when in Egyptian history one was alive. In the early Dynastic periods he was considered the highest god in context to the dead and spirit world. His duties were belonging to any event post life on Earth. He watched over mummifications, burials, and the transition of the spirits. However, in the later periods during the Middle Kingdom he was reduced in scope to be below his fellow God Osiris, eventually resulting in the people declaring Osiris was his father.
Many people believed in the reality of Anubis up into the second century A.D. Even the Greeks Hellenized him to become joined with Hermes, resulting in Hermenubis. In dealing with most issues of faith, I would say that there is no current archaeological evidence indicating Anubis was ever a real creature. The evidence definitely indicates he was worshipped by the Egyptians as a real deity. Therefore, as with most issues of religion, it becomes your decision to believe or not to believe in Anubis' reality.

What is the time period to utilise unaccounted depreciation?
Depreciation in any year that must be accounted for is the amount that is "allowed or allowable". It is maintained in the accumulated depreciation account. It is a form of a reserve. Depreciation process may actually properly be called "cost recovery".
Hence, there is never any unaccounted depreciation. (I can't be sure of what you may even mean, and suspect you don't really have any idea yourself and are just making up terms!)
There is of course frequently, a remaining book value to the property, undepreciated either because it required a resideual value be set up or it has not been owned for it's depreciable life. That is the basis used upon disposal or sale.
Some things have very long depreciable lifes so there is still more to be taken, many things....land especially...does not depreciate at all and any cost is recovered on disposal.
Is the Egyptian god Anubis male or female?
I believe it was a male because:
It was referred to as a god and NOT a goddess
It was described as a MAN with the head of a jackal
I have never in my life known or heard it to be a female! Hope this helps!
Who is more powerful Anubis or horos?
As there is not a ancient Egyptian deity called "Horos" (Horus?) in Egyptian myth, Anubis would be it. If by "horos" you mean Horus, Anubis and Horus did not have any cause of conflict to determine who was more powerful so no one will ever know.
