The archetype for today's mass produced automobile is the Ford Model T. Though it is not the first car produced by Henry Ford, it is the first model that was made from an assembly line. Hence, it became affordable.

Correction. Ransom E Olds mass produced his Curved Dash Oldsmobile from an assembly line from 1901-1907. He produced 19,000 of these cars during that time. They sold for $650 each. This was before Henry Ford's Model T came out ion 1908.

Humphrey Bogart played roles that created the "anti-hero" theme. He often played in films where he played the roles of macho man and often was a "good criminal" as his role in the famed Casablanca film displays. There is is a casino owner, an American, and one to break or circumvent authority.

An archetype is a very old imaginative pattern that appears in iterature across cultures and is repeated through the ages. So, there is the archetype of the nagging wife and the archetype of selling your soul to the devil.

The archetype of Prometheus is Frankenstein. (They are both Transgressors, which means the both push the limit of human knowledge just one is newer than the other)

White is an archetype that symbolizes virginity and purity among other things. There are many different archetypes, that is just one example.

Mr. O'Donnell is the archetype of Jean Jacks Rousseau.

A character in a book that is outcasted from society because of differences. This character does not have to be bad, just a loner.

The five components of an archetype are the persona (public image), the shadow (repressed aspects), the anima/animus (contrasexual parts), the self (integration of all parts), and the individuation process (personal growth and self-realization).

the best archetype i belive would have to be Bruce Wayne/Batman in the Batman Begins movie. ive watched it twice in class, and our teacher loves it because he is everything a hero should be, and plus, he is also human. unlike superman or spider man, Batman did not get bit by a spider, and did not come from the moon. therefore, Batman is the best Archetype out there.

It doesn't. The star of David is the symbol of Judaism, while Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday.

In the history behind the holiday, the Holy Temple was overrun by the Syrian-Greeks (2nd century BCE). After the Hasmoneans (a religious Jewish group) ousted the Syrian-Greeks, there was only enough oil to light the menorah of the Temple (Exodus ch.25) for one day, but a miracle occurred and it lasted for 8 days. This miracle is symbolized by the eight candles of the hannukah menorah. An extra (9th) candle is used to light the other eight.

As for why the star of David became a symbol of Judaism, that's an entirely different question and one subject to much debate.

The star itself dates back to early Arabic and African tribes which used it as a symbol of luck and prosperity. Some claim it was the symbol on King David's shield but there does not appear to be historical proof to back this claim.

In the middle ages there was a time when Jews were forced to wear physical marks and various forms of stars and shapes became common depending on the region they were living. By the late 1800's the star of David had grown to be the most common symbol to represent Judaism, but the modern usage of the star itself dates back less than 500 years in historical records as a common Jewish symbol.

The two most recognized events to cement the star in recent Jewish history were the founding of the Zionist movement in 1897 (which used the symbol publicly to mark their places of assembly) and the founding of the State of Israel in 1948 (which put the star on their flag).

Clockwise represents a spiraling upward, towards consciousness, or towards enlightenment/deeper understanding. Counterclockwise represents regression: spiraling downward into the unconscious or regressing as an individual.

Common character archetypes can include: the wise old man, the reluctant hero, the monster, the man with no name, the fool/trickster, etc.

Moses is an epic hero due to his importance to the nation of Israel. He is deemed as a hero because he comes from unusual origins, he stands up to the Eygptians, he trusts God, who acts as his "sidekick" (even though Moses is really Gods sidekick). Moses is alone in the fact that no one believes his ways at first and is cursed by his people, even though he has Aaron to act as his voice. Moses was concouis of the fact Pharoah could have him killed in an instance.
