This is quite possible. Modern forms of artificial intelligence actually builds upon itself, and such systems are capable of simulating learning. The problem here is what the AI code is "learning."
For instance, take the recent Teen AI chat program from Microsoft. In a couple of days, message board trolls managed to get her to say some really bad things of the sort one might expect Adolph Hitler to say. They made some adjustments and put her back online, only for her to engage in cyberbullying and spam. They likely haven't put her back online.
Even on a lesser level, it may be hard to ever trust any information that an AI bot can offer. AI bots have been tried with Answers too. On one answer the AI bot gave, it said that worms were all male. That is not true, since each one plays both reproductive roles. I followed the logic tree on the hosting site. It concluded that since there is a man named Andrew Worm and he is male, then all worms are male.
So at least right now, with the existing technology, I can see how artificial intelligence can have detrimental effects on society. Spreading misinformation, hatred, and spam can never benefit society.

If you do not provide a copy constructor, then the compiler will provide a copy constructor that allocates memory for the class, and then copies the member's data from class to class. This is bad if the class contains pointers, because only the pointer will be copied - the objects to which the pointers point will not be copied - and you could wind up deleting an object and then using it after deletion, with potentially devastating consequences.
So, yes, it is mandatory, from a good practices point of view, and just plain mandatory when the class has pointers, to always provide a default constructor and a copy constructor, along with the appropriate destructor.

In theory, IQ is fairly set at birth, barring brain injury or disease. However, since we still only measure a close approximation of IQ rather than the ideal representation, we can increase the score on knowledge based tests by studying related subject matter, or cognitive testing by practicing mental puzzles.
However, keep in mind this does not actually raise IQ as far as anyone has been able to determine, only performance on such tests. You might have better results by simply keeping yourself in good health, getting the recommended amount of sleep, avoiding substances which negatively effect the brain, and a good diet.
