EMYCIN is a derived version of MYCIN which was an expert system developed during the 1970s for administering right antibiotics to patients suffering from bacterial infections.

Artificial Intelligence is a great source of prediction system.

Take the case of AI being used in Stock Market where it deals with a wide domains of corpus and using neural network predictions are made.

Using AI in large business is inevitable today since a great deal of capital is at stake and having a prediction system is well worth.

2. Problem Analysis , this can have immense impact on the appropriateness of varies possible techniques for solving the problem.

3. Selection of the best technique(s) for solving the particular problem.

So hard, that it has been researched for multiple years and there is no answer to it yet. You could either create a program with over an octillion if and then statements, or you could create a program that resembles the human mind.
