So if you are being blocked by someone you actually have no indication of it when sending text messages. It appears to send like normal, the recipient just never actually receives it.

You can't (unless you are in law enforcement), but if the call was harassing, you can call your carrier (or the cops) and have them take action. Tell them that you received a harassing call, and give them the phone number and date and time of the call. There are some web sites, that for a fee, will give you the name of the person to whom the cell number belongs. Just google various wordings of "reverse cell phone look-up".

I do not know how much it will cost to cancel your 2 year contract at AT&T. It all depends on how much your bill is not and how much you have left on your contract.
