Is there going to be a fourth Batman movie?
There have been animated movies made already. If you were asking about a live action version of "Batman Beyond", than the answer is no. There was some talk about a "Batman Beyond" live action film shortly after the animated series aired but nothing came of it. It is doubtful that a film based on the series will come anytime soon due to the success of the Christopher Nolan "Batman" film series. Warner Bros. and DC are not going to want to produce a "Batman" film that might fail and possibly sour the Christopher Nolan series at the moment. Should Nolan choose not to return for a third film and 'should' the sequel to "The Dark Knight" fail, Warner Bros. might once again consider making a "Batman Beyond" film. Till then, the live action "Batman Beyond" film should be considered dead.

So anyways they put the Batman Beyond live action film on August 2001. Evetually they finished the Batman Beyond Series+Show on TV on December 18, 2001. They were released on DVD: The Complete First Season was released on March 21, 2006. The Complete Second Season was released on October 24, 2006. The Compete Third Season was released on March 20, 2007. Then Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker was released on DVD on December 20, 2000.

Dick Grayson is another person who becomes an allie and a sidekick to Batman. Then Batman took Robin Barbara Gordon and Nightwing under his wing. Christopher Nolan did everything through the Batman DC comics on how he made the movie but in the comic books of Batman Lieutenant & Commissioner Gordon was suppose to have a daughter NOT a son but possibly he could have had both a son and a daughter(Tim Jr & Barbara Gordon.) Christopher Nolan could have done that but in the movies it doesn't mention Lieutenant Gordon's daughter Barbara i don't know why Christopher Nolan did that. But I can tell you the similarities between Tim Burton, Bob Kane, & Christopher Nolan is that they follow some things in the Comic Books but have imaginary intentional illusions on creating their on thoughts but that's cool i respect that but honestly i think that messes up the movie's theme, scripts and story lines. The differences between Tim Burton, Bob Kane, & Christopher Nolan is that Tim Burton does not follow some events in the Comic story lines, scripts, & theme of Batman but he follows a of some events but he is creative, descriptive, imaginative in his own way on avoiding plagiarism just like Christopher Nolan but Christopher Nolan follows everything in the Batman Comic Scripts but expresses some events, story lines, & scripts in his own ways by being creative & expressive in a twisted on the events that occur in the comic books which inspires him. Chris Nolan and Bob Kane have a lot in common but Bob Kane and Bruce Timm have made history back in the days making animated Batman shows of all-time: Past, & Present. But in the Future, Beyond of the Future you got Alan Burnett, Paul Dini, Bruce Timm, Boaz Yaken & Neal Stephenson created, wrote, narrated, & directed Batman Beyond the Latest Batman show that was released in 1999-2001.
