One of batman's strenghts would be his exceptionally strong body armour/suit. One of his weaknesses would be that he isnt a superhuman like hulk or superman so any attack can inflict damage to him.

Yes, but only through the application of strict training he received which gives him the means to fight crime as a whole, not just junior gangsters etc. The murder of his parents at the hands of 2 robbers who worked for local crime lords is his motivation and despite this he still will not kill. That is his resolve.
I am confident if you watch all of the movies, do some reading up on the net or better yet. The comic books. Also there are all the various cartoons made over the years which affirm his commitment to being unflinchingly Good.

At the end of the film, Batman captures The Joker by catching him with a rope when he's falling off a building. He is left hanging there (still very much alive lol) then the police or army, come up and that's all you see.
so he was obviously arrested, and that's the last you know of him. :)

Next, out came Tim Drake. He was 16 years old and after he discovered Batman's true identity, Batman suggested him to be his new Sidekick. Batman suggested it because Drake was more skilled and more like Batman than the other two Robins.
Finally, Stephanie Brown replaced Drake as the new Robin at the age 16. Even though she was a girl Sidekick, she was still a great Hero until she died.
