Neither. Bats are placental mammals, so they neither have a pouch, nor do they lay eggs.

The Gray fox, also known as the grey fox (note the E) or the tree fox, has only one known predator, the bobcat. human also play a part in the grey foxes endangerment, but we are not considered a predator. We enjoy hunting them, because of there unique ability to climb trees, the branches give us a challenge and the foxes are usually left dead because there fur has no commercial value.
Echolocation is the ability certain animals have to use sounds to navigate. They make sound and by hearing where it "bounces" from (hence the "echo") they are able to tell where something is located.
Nocturnal, means "night dwelling", so a nocturnal insect any insect that sleeps during the day and comes out at night.
Insects that are nocturnal sleep in the day and wake up at night.

Dear Friend,
This question is ludicrus. 99% of people who claim to be werewolves/Vampires. Are only Goths playing there own game of Dungeons and Dragons olny running around With nipple rings. The other 1% Do not exist because Werewolves and Vampires would not need nor want to advertise. All legends hold some fact so it is possible that they are out there. Look into Skin Walkers the Native American culture still believes quite strongly in these. Also understand that belief and faith have power. Cultures who worship anything put this energy out and it takes shape. So the more worshippers an Idle has the more energy and at some point it can make the Idle manifest. IE Gods/Demons/Angels/ (Vampires/WereWolves) So believe have faith, becareful and Happy Hunting.
Yes - bats have toes. In fact they commonly grasp their perch with their toes in order to hang upside-down.
What do fruit bats have competition with?
The fruit bat uses sight and smell to locate fruit and navigate. It does not use echolocation (except for one species of Egyptian bat) , as do all other bats.
Raccoons eat a variety of invertebrates such as insects, earthworms, crayfish, etc. as well as small mammals such as mice and rats along with many fruits, nuts and other plant matter. They also love raiding gardens, fields and trash cans.
no they dont bite they actually sting you and suck your blood but it feels as if they are biting you. no they don't, they stick their proboscis into your veins, arteries, or cappilaries and suck the blood. Only female mosquitos do this. It is a small insect, the female of which bites and sucks blood from animals and humans. Mosquitoes can spread diseases such as malaria and yellow fever by biting.
About how many insects can an insect-eating bat eat in one hour?
Some species of bats, such as the Little Brown Bat, can eat 500 - 1000 mosquitoes in one hour. So if we consider the night 8 hours, that can add up to 4000 - 8000 in a night.
It is about the size of the Bumblebee, that is why it is called the Bumblebee bat, Because they are so close in length. They are both about 1-2 inches long, and an estimate weight of 1.5 kg.
Bats can fly, and they are mammals. They are also the only mammals capable of free flight.
There are several basic reasons why mammals cannot fly:
Are penguin flippers and bat wings homologous or analogous?
Yes they are.
I disagree. Even if they ultimately come from a common ancestor, in order to classify two characteristics as homologous, they have to have some similarities. After millions of years of being in the oceans, the fins of whales have evolved such that they are not at all similar to cats' legs.
Any really... Poppy seeds sunflower seeds sesame seeds caraway seeds....
Yes, they do have hollow bones!! They are the only mammal that can fly.
edhelper.com/AnimalReadingComprehension_8_1.html
EDIT (5-10-10) Actually, bats do not have hollow bones like birds. With birds, the bone is actually hollow, allowing air to travel through them. While bats have bones like every other mammal (hollow, but filled with marrow), the bones of bats are extremely small, allowing bats to successfully fly without having completely hollow bones like birds.
