SUBOXONE is a partial opiate agonist, which means it has a ceiling effect as to how high it can get you, where as methadone is full agonist. Taking xanax with any type of opiate is dangerous especially if you don't have a tolerance with both or even just one of the two. Even if you have a tolerance it is dangerous. I have had too many close friends die from this. I am on suboxone my doctor subscribes me to take 16mg. a day. I have spoke with him about the use of any benzos ie xanax and he told me he has seen some patients die or OD from the use. On the webpage from the makers of suboxone they say it is extremely dangerous. I tried it in a low point going back to my junkie mentality to catch a nod. I took a 0.5 pill of xanax in the morning. then another 4 hours later. (I don't have a tolerance to xanax) It made me nod a little, not like herion or dilaudid but it did seem like I was high, kinda of like a vicoden buzz. When I took the second one the effects were more noticable. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS but I didn't die but you might everyone is different. As for taking it at night, that wouldn't make a difference because buphrenephrine the partial opiate in suboxone is active for up to 72 hours, so it would have the same effect on you if you were to take it in the morning right after your sub dissovles under your tongue. go to your doctor and tell him/her that you have hardcore insomnia. you've tried everything eg excercise, reading, going to bed early but still no sleep. you can also fake panic attacks and anxiety but that a long process with alot of tests. good luck!! benzos are fun:)

A doctor would need to prescribe all the medicines together to help with social anxiety. Usually a person only needs one or two pills to help with anxiety issues. Speak with your healthcare provider for more details.

In my own opinion, I dont think the two combined produces a harmful effect. The only harmful thing you are doing is inhaling smoke. Remember no one has ever died from marijuana alone, but from reading around and friends past experiences marijuana actually intensifies the effects of some opiates and benzodiazepines. Remember to use in moderation, and be careful. Altough millions of people smoke marijuana it is still illegal so one must be very careful if you plan to use this drug. There are no known harmful effects from smoking marijuana. In fact, you can pretty much mix marijuana with any drug. As far as mixing it with Xanax and Vicodin, it can provide an unexplainable amazing high (IF USED IN MODERATION!!). I would recommend 5-10mg Vicodin with .5-1mg Xanax for your first time. I'm an experienced user whose drug of choice was actually much stronger than Vicodin. Thankfully I've backed off and my tolerance has lowered in the past few months, so this combination is even wonderful for myself. Also, the stronger the weed, the more pronounced your high on Vicodin and Xanax will be as well. I'm actually on this combo right now, so yes, a side effect is an extremely relaxed buzzing as well as an interest to be engaged in other activities. It makes ANYthing interesting! Also, make sure you have some food in the house, because munchies will occur and food will taste amazing! If Vicodin makes you queezy, weed and Xanax helps that immensely! If you get paranoid during a weed high, Xanax helps that as well... so yes, my opinion is these drugs (if, once again, used in moderation of course), harmonize beautifully.

It depends, if the urine is processed at a lab no. Your urine wont have the broken down metabolites from your body breaking it down, but the strip test cant tell the difference between broken down benzoes and a slight touch of a pill dissolved in the urine. So you should be good

The use of Xanax absolutely does not cause narcolepsy, though severe drowsiness may be common in some who use this medication. Narcolepsy is an irreversible life-long condition which is a REM sleep disorder - the major symptoms of narcolepsy include excessive daytime sleepiness, hypnagogic hallucinations, sleep paralysis and cataplexy - though not all four of the major symptoms are experienced by all narcoleptics. Research in recent years has suggested narcolepsy is predominantly experienced in those who have autoimmune destruction of the hypothalamic protein, orexin/hypocretin. Xanax absolutely does not "cause" narcolepsy, and merely produces symptoms of sleepiness as a possible side effect which are resolved when the medication wears off. A better explanation for this symptom is to say "Xanax made me drowsy."
