The patch only has enough hormones to protect you from pregnancy for 7 days, 8 days TOPS, so if you leave it on for 2 weeks you are not protected from pregnancy during the second week. Plus it will probably fall off during the second week as it is not designed with enough "glue" to remain on the body for longer than a week.

Some girls are anorexic and their body fat % is low enough that their body"tells"the organs that are unnecesary for survival to shut down-hence no periods. That I think is called ammorea. Girls who aren't anorexic whohave very low fat %(less than 13% for women) can miss periods as well.I would think that if your body shut down your reproductive organs due to your not having enough necessary fat around your reproductive organs to work properly, that you can't get pregnant. i had a similar problem having missed 2 pills, was worried i was pregnant and dont yet kno for definite as im not late yet so cant take test. anyway i asked a gyn on another website and was told the spotting, which was brownish, was due to withdrawl bleeding from he drop in hormones caused by the missed pills...hope this helps, and also hope it's correct and im not pregnant.

Yes you could. You still produce the hormones and a pregnancy test could give the answer as could an ultrasound. if you have had unprotected sex and no periods get a pregnancy test

The best birth control is ABSTINENCE, as taught in sex ed. Nothing is 100%. Condoms are 98% safe as is birth control. Although, I am part of that 2 percent who got pregnant whilst on the pill (Never take YAZ). If you wanna increase your chances of safety use them both if not a condom always worked for me until I made the switch.
