Is is normal for the right side of the neck of a 16 year old to feel firmer than the other side?
There has to be a reason you're asking this question... If you just happened to put your hand on his/her neck and discovered one side of the neck was more firm than the other, I doubt there's anything to worry about... HOWEVER, if this teenager has prevalent lymph nodes in other areas, this could be serious... See a physician, PA, or NP...
Why does it feel like your brain is jumping?
It usually means you're light-headed. It could and might mean you have a fever. But it rarely does.
When you feel light-headed, as you said, your brain feels like it jumps around. I cannot explain scientifically, but if you lay down and sleep, it should go away.
You usually feel light-headed when you play on the computer too much, or are going into a sickness or coming out of one.
Hope this is helpful.

I'd be really careful on this one. She could be just very friendly and enjoys seeing you. If you are both single, perhaps she is interested so why not ask her out on a date. If one or both of you are married then take it as just being friends and keep it that way. I am very friendly towards some men I work with (also women) but it's just because I respect them and enjoy their company and so I will often joke around, but it's never serious and I make sure they know that. No, you are not. You could be hearing spirits. EVP is something totally different. You can only hear EVPs if you go around with a tape recorder and record the "noise" in a room for a certain amount of time. When you play back the recording, you might hear things that you couldn't hear.
The Homo habilis species had brains that were roughly half the size of modern brains when they first appeared around 2.5 million years ago. Over time, their brains gradually increased in size until they were just slightly smaller than modern human brains. This evolutionary development in brain size is thought to be a key factor in the cognitive advances that led to the emergence of the human species.
