Breakups

It's okay to be in touch with an ex, but if you are currently in a relationship, constant contact, and in some instances, any contact with an ex may not be appropriate. If it is a situation where two exes still really like one another, the current partner is going to feel inadequate, and that could be grounds for a breakup.

You'll just know if he does! You will just get this feeling that can't be described, and he'll either tell you when the time is right, or something will happen and you'll never forget it!
His actions speak louder than words. If he respects you, treats you well, and takes care to protect you it is possible he loves you. Love comes and goes and it changes with time. If this is a new relationship he may love you in a different way than he will a year from now. Ask him how he feels.

Generally this refers to doing something that is usually not allowed but sometimes if you ask you can get permisson. So if you want to do this thing the question you ask yourself is; "should I ask for permission and maybe get turned down or should I just go ahead and do it and ask for forgivness afterward. Example: When Mary (a young teenager) goes out on a date the rule is she has to be home by 9 pm. However tonight there is a big party going on that will surely last till midnight. Should she ask permission to stay out late tonight or should she just go ahead to the party, come home at midnight and say she's sorry. The way I used the phrase was; "its easier to ask forgivness then to ask for permission". One of my favorite little phrases.

There is no good reason for anyone to strike another. However, having it already in the past, I recommend you turn on your heel and walk away. Figuratively as well as literally.

A little distance is a good thing.

The next step is an honest evaluation of your own actions. Did you step over a line somewhere? Do or say something inappropriate? If so an apology is in order.

If doing this face to face may lead to more physical outbursts, I recommend you do it in a hand written note. E-mail, text messages and phone calls are not appropriate for an apology.

If forgiveness is not forth coming, then I suggest you move on. With luck you will have the maturity to learn from your mistake.

There are plenty of other young women out there, and hopefully you will find one that understands there is no good excuse for striking another.

When you can look at that person and feel nothing romantic or well relationshipy (lol sorry i didnt know a proper word but i hope u can undastand ) and if you can talk to that person normally without feeling shy and you can go in front of them with your BF/GF and feel, well, happy :)

NO..once a cheater..always if not a cheater...a wanderer...My ex..now he is an ex. was caught to many times...when i finally left him for good...or should i say i stood my ground..he converted into a god follower and maybe it was the evil side that exists in us all, but it really upset me to see him portray this god following, "do the right thing" guy and used this act to try to get me back...is it real? You didn't say wheather your single or married but when my husband had another on the side he had alot of phone calls and kept his cell phone by his side 24/7. If I tried to answer it he would jump at it. He also starting having periods of time away from home with no explanation to where he was. He'd call and say he had to work over sometimes be ill with me for no reason and got to the point that he didn't ask or want sex. Another thing he did was not to answer his phone when I would be trying to get in touch with him and then about 10 minutes later I get a call back. If this is happening ask him what he's doing and listen for back ground noise,he use to tell me he would be driving down the interstate and all I could hear would be silence(he had no air in his car and this was the summer time).Text messages are a big thing too.

You must move on and kick him to the curb! 98% of married men have no intention to marry their present girlfriend, who is nothing but a fling for them, no matter what they promise! You are in denial and using the fact he's simply a stubborn man, when, in fact, he wants you to leave and he stays where he is. Of course he'll ignore you and do anything to make you miserable because he wants you to leave. No one likes to be rejected. neglected or unloved, but he's fallen out of love and has been honest is asking you to leave. It's time you stood on your own two feet, got legal counsel if needed and start becoming independent. If there are children involved, house, property, then seek legal counsel. He may be the one leaving!

Answer: Depends on why you split up. Depends in how you feel about her now, and how she feels about you.

If you still like her, and can cope with seeing her in the company of others, then be friends. Also, if you never see her again there is no chance of "getting back together" (Should you want to do so, and should she.)

Say a come back that is good but not good enough to hurt someones feelings. Then have them want to say something back. Then it is perfect revenge without the anger.

That isn't revenge. The whole point of revenge is doing something over the top of what they did, to make you feel better. Revenge is a dish best served cold. Unless its hot dogs, they are always better warm. A punch to the face is good, but will be short lived. Long term revenges that you create by a small quick act are the best. Sleep with someone they know. Sleep with their parents. Buy them a dog that has 1 leg so they feel bad and are stuck caring for it. Mow their lawn very very short and spray it with water in the sun, so it dries up and turns the yard brown. That is also a revenge dish served best when warm, because if the sun is cold then it wont burn up the yard and you wasted a day cutting their grass extra short. Now they can go 3 weeks without mowing instead of 1. You actually just helped them, so it was almost a reverse-revenge. Just make sure before you go through with anything, you check to see if its best served cold or warm.

She probably means that she's stressed. Don't try to read too much into things. If on the other hand, she says that she's stressed and doesn't talk to you at all, it may mean that she has a lot on her plate and you might be adding to her stress (by being overly needy and constantly trying to talk to her). Just ask her once what's stressing her and if she tells you, don't try to solve her problems for her. Instead, listen to her, empathize with her, and let her know that you're there if she needs any help with anything. Then, don't do anything more unless she asks for help or just wants to talk to you.

That really depends what you are crying about. All relationships have their ups and downs and some people cry when their feelings get hurt or they are upset but if you find he is making you cry all the time then that is not a healthy relationship.

They have their own reasons but sometimes when the guilt and shame become overwhelming they don't want to be perceived as the "bad" person and seeing that they are angry towards you they try and take things out on you. It is strange but people that are ultimately in the wrong get angry and don't know how to deal with things so they reflect anger back towards the people that would be angry with them - it really is an issue that they need to have dealt with but instilled since they were children and never corrected.

Though I am not an expert on such issues, I do believe that I have gone through certain phases of my life which would enable me to answer this to an extent. I don't believe that anyone can stop loving anyone completely. If he/she does so, then it would mean that he/she never really loved the other person truly. Maybe the intensity decreases and fades with time but it doesnt ever fade out completely. You still realise that you do care atleast a little bit for the person.

This is a very unpleasant place to be. Believe me you are not alone. This has happened to literally millions of people who may or may not be like you. So try not to feel to alone in this situation.

As painful as this is, let them go. Do yourself a favor and try to move on as soon as possible. Do what you need to do in order to deal with the emotions of letting go. Once you have done this you will feel alot better.

This may not sound like much, but you have choices to make, and I am sure you will make the right choice for yourself.
