He's basically saying he is not ready for anything serious but he still in fact likes you. Nothing wrong with that especially if you are so young.
If it's some new thing.. I would say to get out of your marriage or go to counseling. It means her mind has been wondering places it shouldn't have been. If it's an old flame.. she needs to get over it! She is now a married woman and has no business thinking of his return. She is wondering if he will come back, which means possibly a desire for a reunion.
I'm a military wife, that's our job to wonder when our men are coming back. Not your wife's.

Well, that would just depend. If you already have another girlfriend/wife, i would say it'd be best until you break up with them to tell your ex-wife. It's the same if your ex-wife has another husband or another boyfriend, i wouldn't tell her because it'd wreck your relationship. As a girl, and if you did that to me, i'd probably hate you forever for messing up my life and messing up my love life with the husband/boyfriend i am currently with. However, if you are both single, ask her to come around to yours or go out somewhere and meet, have a glass of wine or something, and tell her lightly.

Some women will just sit down on a toilet without checking and fall in. They find it extremely annoying and disgusting. That may seem strange to you, but it seems strange to me that people don't check for toilet paper before sitting down either. I have never been "caught" without paper.

ahahaha no. I'm guessing if you cheated on that person TWICE, and you want to date that person AGAIN, there's a reason why you cheated in the first place. If you cheated because it was too boring, then there's one reason (for example).
If you just want that person to trust you again, then just don't share secrets. Make sure that if you guys hang out, you are there ON TIME, not LATE, or else that person will never trust you again.
