The AT&T Agent offered me a bundle that would include all of the services mentioned above as well as 700 shared minutes, two new cellphones in the colors black and red. I would also receive $100.00 dollars in cash back, unlimited nights and weekends beginning at 7:00 p.m., mobile to mobile service free, 200 instant messaging, my bill would be billed $171.00 a month. This price included all taxes. On November 28, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. I contacted AT&T to determine the progress made on the shipment of my new cellphones. I was told that the cellphones would not be included in the bundle even though I was promised by the AT&T agent that the order would be shipped. The reason that AT&T refused to ship the cellphones is because of a supposed past due bill which totaled $800.00 in 2004. The number given to me at that time was 404-625-0298.
