The starting rules however

1)each player has five cards

-If changing suite you must tap the table twice and then place the card

-If placing spades you must say the new suit (change color card in uno)

how to play speed is that first you deal out 5 cards in the middle on the left and right side, and then 2 cards face up separately in between the 5 cards on the right and left. next you deal out 20 cards to each of the players. (there is two players). after that you put your pile of 20 cards face down on the table and take out 2 and look at them. next you try and be the first one to put your cards down in order. you can put two cards on top of each other but the cards you put down have to be in order forwards or backwards. but you can only have 5 cards in your hand at once. lets say you have 5 cards in your hand and you put down 3 of them, you pick up 3 more cards up from your pile. the person who gets rid of all their cards first wins!
