First of all, make sure that you do not flip the egg(s) over. That will kill the embryo inside of the egg because the yoke, which the baby turtle will survive of for the first couple of days, will smother it. You can place the turtle eggs in some moss mixed with natural soil, in sand, or on a damp towel with a damp paper towel on top. Keep it in a incubator or at room temperature, as long as it is between 75-80 degrees F. Water the eggs once a week or more, as long as they don't get too wet it's okay. Good luck!
