First, you must insert the DVD+RW disc into a DVD burner that supports ReWritable media. In Windows, the DVD will usually open as a directory on your computer. Select any files you don't want to keep on the DVD after you finish re-recording, then delete them. Copy any files that you do want on the DVD after you re-record, and click "Burn to disc".

There are multiple applications available for Windows, OS-X, and other operating systems, and while the specific steps for re-recording on a DVD+RW are, for the most part, different, the basics are all the same as described above.

DVD-RW DVD-RW discs can be used by some operating systems like MS Vista as regular recordable discs, meaning that you cannot alter what is recorded on them without erasing and recording new alter version of the same file. They cab be also used almost identically as hard drive, where you can record for example MS Word and alter it by opening it by Word application. In situation when you are using it as hard drive (or old fashion floppy disc for that matter), it has to be formated before such use.

Removable Media means Portable media that you can put into a computer and remove like CDs, DVDs and Flash Drives. NON-removable media is like the HDD (hard disk drive)

Those scratches on dishes and silverware are called "patina. The name was probably given the condition to keep you from being distressed over a scratch that doubtful can be removed. I don't know of any way you can fix a scratch yourself. The surface of your dishes has a baked on glaze. If you tried to cover a scratch with some clear coating agent, it will make that scratch stand out even more when the light catches it. There are many different stores one can purchase a HD DVD drive. Places like Target and Walmart carry them. Other stores like Best Buy and Radio Shack do too.

CD cases can be purchased in bulk through a variety of resources. Amazon has many retailers that offer CD cases in bulk with free shipping. Most office supply stores also sell CD cases in bulk quantities.

You can store files on CD-RW and also CD-R. Flash drives are a little better though.

Don't try to fill to absolute maximum capacity, though, you'd be asking for errors.

When writing, I use 4480MB as the maximum, it has worked fine.
