You must use Hoo to get to the floating island containing the cages star. When Hoo is startled from the tree and you hitch a ride you must time you release to just before the floating islands with the red coins to land on the stars island. Also, when you first meet him fight demons until you've both leveled up a few times. Basically, just try to spend most of your time pursuing him, and eventually it will work.

As for Co-ops with him, Im pretty sure there arent any. (Im not 100% sure about all of this. Ive been trying to get the Sesshoumaru ending for ages.)

If you have completed all episodes you should end up with all characters. If you are refering to the grey square to the right of Aizen then know that there is no character there. If you play in versus mode than there are 4 characters by default and that square is then used to select "no entry".

There are many action replay codes which can be used in the Pokemon games. There however, is not an action replay code to summon monsters without paying tribute in Yugioh World Championship for 2008.

There are certain glitches in the boundaries that allow you thru into the OOB (out of bounds). You can ask either Dioxin, or Seth Ninjax from the guild <Insiders> to show you one of them. I've seen them out there a ton of times.

The idea of Sonic Unleashed did start as the third instalment in the 'Sonic Adventure...' series on the Dreamcast. These are arguably the last great console Sonic games. This is possibly because the idea had already been done or that Sonic Team was trying to do something new, but the fact is that many would spend more time in the Chao gardens than actually playing the main game. PROmoted is the best rank except the Immortal in which you have to get very few deaths and lots of kills the difference would be like 30 kills 0 deaths...60 kills 1 deaths...

The easiest way to beat the King Of Nights is to get Inphyy to level 9 first. Her level 9 combo attack wipes him out pretty quickly.

In order to do this effectively you'll either need to keep the Army Of The Night alive while you pummel the King or use the Deadly Armband. The deadly armband allows you to use combos that consume your orb gauge without actually consuming it. The Army Of The Night drops the Deadly Armband as a random drop.

Make sure to block and use Dwingvatt to your advantage as he doesn't die and can distract the King Of Nights while you time your combo on him.

Lastly, I've heard other use a Giants Club to kill him even quicker. I myself haven't gotten it yet, though it would likely be dropped off of a troll as a random drop.
