In what other places do cheetahs live besides Africa?
Cheetahs are also found in a few small areas of Asia, especially Iran. They have probably been extirpated in other Asian countries.
Does the king cheetah have unusual eating habits?
No.
It'll do pretty much everything the same way as the regular cheetah does it.
The only thing that sets a King Cheetah apart is that it's got a different marking pattern than the regular cheeta, with a couple of black stripes running down its back.
What is a fast time for an eighth grader to run the 100 meter?
When I was an eighth grader i ran 13.1. Now i am a junior in high school and i run 10.9. I would think a good time for an eighth grade boy would be around 14 seconds and for a girl around 17 seconds.
*the following is an addendum by a local Pediatrician from Los Angeles, Ca.
The question supposes that ALL 8th grader's would be the appropriate age for someone in the 8th grade. Many kids in 8th grade ARE 13 years of age, and many of them turn 14 while in 8th grade, but some such as myself begin 8th grade at 12 years turning 13 years of age within a couple of months. Far fewer kids turn 15 while in 8th grade, and just a handful will turn 16 years of age while in 8th grade. That said, a much MORE ACCURATE rating for how well an individual achieves is to use their AGE since there is NO SET AGE TO BE AN 8th grader AND we all know that for boy's who are 12, 13, 14, 15, OR 16 that physical maturity vastly differs...
*
It is really a dishonest measure to rate a child's physical achievement's by which grade he is in since parents are the one's responsible for starting their child into 1st grade and as we can see those ages differ over a wide range. WE SEE newspaper's and websites breaking results down by grades because that is how schools align the competition. To rate and praise a child for a physical feat based on their GRADE ALONE is not fair to your child and smacks of Egotism by the parent.
*edit... 17 for a girl?? That is an insult! Haha. Lots of even 7th grade girls can get like 10 seconds. I am in 8th and I am getting better every time...

Are servals faster than a cheetah?
No.
The cheetah is the fastest land mammal in the world. The cheetah, can reach speeds of between 112 and 120 km/h in short bursts covering distances up to 500 m. It has the ability to accelerate from 0 to over 100 km/h in three seconds.
In terms of miles per hour, they can reach around 70 to 75 mph.
However, they can sustain the speed for only short durations, typically around a minute. If they continue to run at top speed for over that time, they will die of exhaustion.
Everyone. Everytime you take a step you are probably killing single celled animals.
This is a very general question so this is the general answer.
Machines run by people to make goods faster?
Machines operated by people enhance production efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and increasing output speed. They streamline manufacturing processes, allowing for consistent quality and reduced labor costs. By integrating technology with human oversight, these machines enable faster turnaround times for goods while maintaining safety and precision. This synergy between human workers and machinery is critical for meeting consumer demand in today’s fast-paced market.
