How do I change the dimmer switch on my 1993 corvette?
Before you spend too much time checking circuits check the third brake light. GM used the bulb for the grounding circuit to turn off cruise when you step on the brake if its out the CC will not set.
remove the steering wheel, then the turn signal lever and cam. you will then see a small bolt down in the right hand side of the column, remove the bolt and pull out the ignition switch. GOOD LUCK!
The curb weight of the 2007 Chevrolet Corvette is 3179 lbs.

It depends on the year. As far as second generation cars go it is:
1986-87 non turbo 146 hp1988-92 non turbo 160 hp1988-92 turbo 200 hp
Do not compare these number directly to a piston engine. The rotary applies the power differently. It is far more fun to drive then a piston engine.
AnswerI think the 92 j-spec engine had like 215-220! 93-95 U.S. spec 3rd gen rx7's were TT and I think were rated at 255bhp. That's good horespower for a 2700lb car.In japan they continued to offer the 3rd gen until 2002/2003 when the rx-8 was introduced. During this time the 3rd gen was vastly improved and horsepower got up to around 285.
All V8 Chevrolet's are 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2 with 1,3,5,7 on the left bank and 2,4,6,8 on the right with the distributor rotating clockwise.
one is designed to fit above a tpi engine and one above the crossfire injection engine so I would guess the underside is a bit different but probably not much else
depends on if it's auto or manual. factory exhaust manifolds are extremely restrictive. get a set of long tube headers and cat back system. cold air intake. a nice set of rear end gears, 3.73 for auto ,4.10 for manual. a stalled converter for an auto. computer tune. 1.6 roller rockers. lower control arms, pan hard rod, sub frame connectors, under drive pulleys. all this is plenty for a decent street car without getting to internal engine work.
C4 Corvettes are a unibody construction. The body will not lift off in one piece, leaving a full frame rolling chassis. 1982 was the last year of the old fashioned, body on frame, Corvette.

You need a shop manual to get that information. If you want to know what goes where with regards to fuses, take off the fuse cover panel and turn it over. It lists where each fuse, and what it controls. It also tells you the size of each fuse that's needed. Of course you know that the fuse panel is in the passenger side directly underneath the glove box.
cause your overweight and it's probably the most energy you have to expend in a day
By putting a supercharger on it. Talk to your local high performance auto parts store. You can get one with everything you need included in the box. Probably starting around $3000.
